Question: I’m wondering to whom can my wife and I turn to help us with our estate plan.  We have been struggling to find someone with whom we can work.  Could you comment on what it would look like for your team to help us?

Answer:  Yes, of course.  Often the most challenging part of the estate planning process is finding an attorney with whom you are comfortable.

(1) You would start by requesting and completing our form click here and sending it us for our confidential review.

(2) We would then contact you by telephone and schedule a personal meeting to discuss your options, and the costs and benefits of each option.  After that meeting you would have a list of decisions you would need to make, as well as papers that would need to be gathered, and a quote for all fees and costs required in order for us to complete your plan.

(3) Upon receipt of your decisions, we could start drafting documents and review them with you.

(4) We would then go over the documents with you, and you would approve them and sign them in the presence of a notary public.  The entire process could be completed in two months.
